Is there a PC version of Chaos Strikes Back?

Chaos Strikes Back was never released on PC. The various versions available on this site can be played on PC with emulators.
However, Paul R. Stevens (prsteven@facstaff.wisc.edu) ported the hacked version of Chaos Strikes Back for Atari ST to Windows. You can find this version on the Chaos Strikes Back for Windows (and Linux, Raspbian, MacOS X, Pocket PC) page.
