CMPConverter is a Visual Basic Script that will convert files between .cmp and .bmp file formats. Using this tool, you can draw a portrait with your favorite program and then convert the .bmp file to .cmp. Simply run the script for help on usage.
I wrote this tool to illustrate the contents of the page Technical Documentation - File Formats - Portrait Files (.CMP).

Version 1.1 uses a more accurate color palette.
