WinUAE crashes under Windows XP when I start emulation

You are using a version of WinUAE prior to v0.8.17 Release 3. To work around this issue, you can use a newer version of WinUAE, or you can right click WinUAE.exe, select properties, go to the Compatibility tab and check “Disable visual themes”.
